International companies can be contacted by customers who speak not only Russian, Ukrainian and English, but also other languages. And here you have only two options – a polyglot secretary or setting up a voice menu. If the first is not easy to provide, then there are no problems with the second in Ringostat.
This is clearly shown by the case of our client, a logistics company from Kazakhstan. When contacting Ringostat, they had a number of difficulties:
